Since its establishment, the Aviation Energy Technology Center has formed a stable, innovative and safety-bottom-line R&D team for lithium battery module systems. Its development philosophy is to take "system integration and technological innovation" as its mission, "project quantification" as its foundation, "elite teams" as its support, and "unique process creation" as its platform. Comprehensively demonstrate the unique core competitiveness of "rapid response, striving for excellence, professional customization, and strong support" to fully meet users' special demands for special batteries, modules, power systems and other products, and continuously create value for partners throughout the entire process of serving special users.
The engineering team of the Technology center consists of professionals from various technical fields, including industrial design, electronics, power supply, structure, process, software, measurement and control, and electrochemistry.

High magnification

High temperature

Continuous circulation at 80℃ for 200 weeks; Store at 85℃ for 48 hours.
High-voltage platform

The upper limit voltage for battery charging can reach up to 4.45V, and the platform voltage can reach up to 3.85V.

Low-temperature charging
It supports charging at a low temperature of -40℃ and 0.2℃, and has a discharge cycle of more than 300 times.
Low-temperature discharge
Low-temperature discharge at -50℃, with a capacity retention rate of over 75%. High-rate 3C continuous discharge at -40℃, with a capacity retention rate of over 80%.

Explosion-proof
(Modified ternary chemical system)
With a high energy density of 190-200Wh/kg, it simultaneously meets the explosion-proof standards of EXia/ib IIA/IIB T1 - T4 and comprehensive tests such as needle and heavy object impact.
